The mission of the Head of the Center of Teaching and Learning Excellence (CTLE) is to support the Chief Academic Officer in leading the CTLE and facilitating faculty support and development for the EHL Group.
She/He oversees the introduction and expansion of educational technologies across programs to enhance classroom delivery and student engagement, and is responsible for shaping and developing the institution’s Teaching & Learning Strategy.
This role is critical in supporting the professional growth and performance of faculty members as new digital initiatives are being launched requiring diversified teaching practices. The position is also key in leading initiatives that advance faculty learning and institutional values, while driving forward EHL’s strategy, mission, and vision for digital education and training.
