Visa and ETA
If you require a visa to travel to the UK, we strongly recommend checking the official visa guidelines provided by GOV.UK and applying well in advance to avoid any last-minute issues.
Obtaining a visa and covering all associated costs is solely the participant’s responsibility. The EAIE cannot assist with the visa application process beyond issuing an official invitation letter. This letter is provided only after full payment has been received and serves as a supporting document, but it does not guarantee visa approval. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation and refund policy in the event of a declined visa application.
You can request an invitation letter after completing your conference registration. Registration for the Glasgow conference opens on 27 May.
