The course will guide you through key administrative processes, including timelines, funding, applications, and communication strategies, while also preparing you to create guidance materials for teaching staff. Through case studies and peer exchange, you’ll gain practical insights into common challenges and best practices, enabling you to confidently set-up and manage BIPs within your institution.
This course is designed primarily for administrative staff working in international offices or involved in coordinating (BIPs). Academic staff engaged in designing or delivering BIPs are also welcome to join. The training focuses on equipping participants with practical tools and strategies to effectively implement, manage, and support BIPs within higher education institutions.
