Unni Kvernhusvik Sagberg

Unni Kvernhusvik Sagberg works at the Norwegian Agency for International Cooperation and Quality Enhancement in Higher Education (Diku) where she is currently working on different mobility and cooperation programmes towards the BRICS countries in addition to Japan and South Korea. In addition, she is responsible for bilateral cooperation with France in higher education. Up to recently, she has been the programme coordinator for a Norwegian funded strategic partnership programme aiming for cooperation about and in the Arctic region. Unni has also been responsible for the management of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree action.

Her academic background is in Political Science, Law and French from the University of Bergen, including one semester at L’Institute des Etudes Politiques in Strasbourg. Within the EAIE, Unni has been Chair of the European Programme Management Expert Community from 2018–2020, and prior to that, she held the position as Vice-Chair for the same group for two steering periods. Furthermore, she has various experience within the EAIE, both as a speaker and a Chair at sessions of related topics during the EAIE Conferences. In addition, she has been a trainer on joint and double degrees at the EAIE Academy in the period 2011–2016. In 2020, she was elected as a member of the EAIE General Council.
