As the number of PhD candidates pursuing a non-academic career after graduation is increasing, it is paramount that PhD programmes offer training on transversal skills that are relevant to both academic and non-academic sectors. Which skills should be integrated into doctoral curricula, and how? What can universities do to support PhD candidates in their career development? This poster answers these questions by presenting research results and best practices.
