When making improvements to our mobility processes, we sometimes forget that the student is our customer. If we want all students to be able to participate in mobility programmes, we have to make the process as customer-friendly as possible to students, starting with the right communication. In this session, we will discuss how you can improve your student communication by making it more personal and more inclusive.
