Universities collect a lot of data from many sources, but what can they do with it? In this session, we will look at how using service design tools and methods can help you go from data to knowledge to insights and finally to impact. Using service design helps to break down silos and handle complexity to give all stakeholders a voice and understanding of the overall student experience.
