Barbara Kappler Mikk currently works on an archival project on international education at the University of Minnesota and is an affiliate faculty, serving on master's and doctoral committees. Barbara’s key areas of interest and expertise are facilitation, intercultural communication, international education, internationalization at home, curriculum design and leadership. Barbara served as Associate Vice Provost of the International Student and Scholar Services for 13 years and has facilitated intercultural learning for more than 30 years.
