Student Exchange Coordinator (m/w/d)

Your Role(s)
_ Mobility Coordinator: You are the central point of contact for the organisation of study-abroad programmes – for both outgoing and incoming students. You also confidently cover for your colleagues when required
_ Erasmus+ Officer: You ensure that all guidelines and regulations of the Erasmus+ programme in the area of student mobility are implemented correctly. You maintain an overview and ensure smooth and compliant processes
_ Advisor: With your sensitivity to individual needs, you provide comprehensive advice to students regarding their study-abroad opportunities – in German and English. You professionally organise and conduct information sessions
_ Digital Manager: You oversee processes within the "Mobility Online" system, continuously optimise workflows and ensure efficient and digital mobility administration
_ Event Planner: From Welcome Weeks and Farewell Events to exciting excursions – you create memorable experiences for international students and foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Your Qualifications
_ You hold a relevant academic degree (Diploma or Master’s) or a secondary school qualification (Matura) with at least five years of relevant professional experience in the field of student exchange
_ You have excellent German and English language skills (the interview will be in German and English)
_ You bring strong intercultural competencies and international experience
_ You enjoy working with students and demonstrate a high level of service orientation
_ You have solid IT skills and are willing to familiarise yourself with new systems
_ You work in a structured and independent manner, are a team player and reliable
Your Prospects
_ Workload: 100% (full-time)
_ Salary: minimum gross annual salary of EUR 68.163 (based on full-time employment). The actual salary depends on qualifications and experience.
_ Fixed-term contract: initially 1 year with an option to extend
