Multilateral university networks have recently attracted the attention of several decision makers in European higher education. With Macron's idea of European University Networks, the number of such alliances has rapidly increased. But the implementation and the management of a university network demands high standards from responsible staff. Using an already existing network as a case study, the speakers will elaborate on how to avoid obstacles and ensure the success of a university network.
