Payment is required upon registration. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and select Maestro cards. All payments must be made in Euros (€). Please note that payment by bank transfer is not available for EAIE events.
As per local regulations, the registration fees and pricing for additional events this year are subject to a 25% VAT in addition to the prices listed below. The EAIE has worked on minimising the impact of this cost by reducing the conference fees. However, the increase is beyond our control and in compliance with Swedish tax laws.

***Day tickets: Please note that day tickets grant access to the conference for one day only. If you plan to attend multiple days, a full conference ticket is required. Day tickets will be available for purchase at the end of August.

All participants must collect their badges before the workshops, sessions, Netwalking activity, and Opening Reception on Tuesday. A QR code will be sent by email, please make sure you have it at hand on your device at the badge collection points. Please note that it is not possible to collect badges on behalf of other attendees.

The health and well-being of (international) students is high on the list of priorities of higher education institutions. For professionals working in this field, gaining and sharing knowledge with peers in an international context is an excellent way to learn from best practices and build a network. It can be complicated to participate in such professional development activities, however, as employers do not always have funds available for international (conference) visits.
The EAIE, in its aim to provide an inclusive platform for the international higher education sector, has established a fund for travel bursaries for (international) student counselling/guidance professionals. The bursary can be used towards travel and accommodation costs at the EAIE Annual Conference & Exhibition.
Conference participants can add a workshop to their booking for an additional fee. These half or full day workshop take place on the Tuesday of the conference week and are an efficient way to work on professional development while networking with fellow participants before the session begin on Wednesday.

The following information outlines the cancellation policy for conference participants as stated in the official EAIE Terms and Conditions.

Refunds due to participant cancellation will be processed after the event. Please refer to the general EAIE Terms and Conditions for more information.
If you require a visa to travel to Sweden, we strongly recommend checking the official visa guidelines provided by Visit Sweden and applying well in advance. Obtaining a visa and all the associated costs is the sole responsibility of the participant. The EAIE cannot assist in the visa application process other than in the issue of a letter of ‘invitation to attend’. This letter is issues only after full payment has been received and serves as a supporting document, but it does not guarantee visa approval. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation and refund policy in the event of a declined visa application.

Everyone who wants to register for an EAIE event must create an account on the website. This is also the spot where you can share your preferences and opt-in for certain mailing lists to keep up-to-date on all EAIE events, including the conference.
Anyone involved in international higher education can attend the Annual EAIE Conference and Exhibition. However, EAIE members receive a significant discount on their conference fee and get access to an exclusive EAIE Member Lounge at the conference. You can become a member during the conference registration process.
Sessions are open to everybody who has paid the event registration fee, pre-registration is not needed. However, we would suggest arriving early to any sessions you are interested in as there is limited space. You do need to pre-book and pay in advance for workshops, Campus Experiences and networking events.
You can add or remove Campus Experiences, workshops, networking events and wellness activities.
From this year onward, we are introducing a small registration fee for the Opening Reception. We are thrilled to bring you an awe-inspiring networking event in a fantastic location, and with this small fee, we can organise an even better event.

Registration transfers are not possible. If you can no longer attend the conference, you may be able to cancel your registration and claim a refund in line with our cancellation policy. Please see our cancellation deadlines for requesting a refund.
Speakers, workshop facilitators, participants from African countries and low-income countries, and EAIE members are eligible for discounts. Please consult the pricing table above for more information.
