Supporting outgoing exchange students is one of the key responsibilities of an Erasmus+ or study abroad coordinator. This is a major challenge in often overworked international offices. So how can international relations offices be better supported? This session will present the survey findings of the Erasmus+ Compass project, shedding light on the needs of students when they are preparing for mobility, as well as the role and importance of peer-to-peer feedback.
