Turn your institution outside-in: how to meet external challenges through internal influence

This workshop targets HE professionals in pre-enrolment services (marketing, recruitment, admissions) who face internal barriers to their more commercial approach, requiring them to "sell" to their colleagues the need to sell education. This workshop equips participants with practical tools and techniques to persuade, influence, and network within their organisation, thereby helping the organisation become more effective in handling competition. Delegates will form action plans for utilising these approaches to improve their effectiveness upon their return to work.
