Lilit Ghazaryan is the Director of the Internationalization and Development Department at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia. She specializes in higher education internationalization, project management, and strategic partnership building. With over a decade of experience, she has led EU-funded initiatives, managed international alumni and communications networks, and supported policy development in education. Lilit is particularly passionate about enhancing global engagement opportunities for emerging universities in the South Caucasus region.
