Key responsibilities:

• Provide and organize student services, including administration of funding schemes for student mobility

• Coordinate and organize courses offered by the International Office

• Plan, organize, and implement international activities (e.g. Blended Intensive Programs, winter/summer schools, international workshops)

• Coordinate and maintain the International Office website and social media presence, in close cooperation with the Communications Department

• Contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing activities and production of marketing materials

• Administer institutional partnerships

• Support the Head of the International Office in the organization and implementation of international projects and programs

 

 

What we are looking for:

• Completed bachelor’s degree in social sciences, educational sciences, health sciences, pedagogy or a comparable discipline

• At least three years’ experience in office administration, ideally within the higher education sector

• Knowledge of marketing, especially in managing social media channels

• Experience in the administration of Erasmus+ projects is an asset

• Very good ICT skills (Office 365, MS Teams, Adobe, Canva)

• Very good spoken and written German and English language skills (minimum German B2, English C1)

• Strong ability to work independently, high intercultural competence and the ability to think across systems

• High level of accuracy, service orientation and a structured, solution-focused approach to work – both autonomously and in close coordination with the team

• Enjoyment of working collaboratively in an international environment

• Motivation to actively contribute to the internationalization of PMU
