Partnerships Coordinator

As Partnerships Coordinator you have a pivotal role in proactively coordinating partnerships, while ensuring exceptional customer service for all stakeholders. You are part of the Partnerships team and you will work closely with the Marketing Communications team and the Event Experience team to create value for our partners through sponsorship, advertising and exhibition. You share your expertise and advise (potential) partners on how to make the most of the opportunities the EAIE has to offer. In this role you also support the other Partnerships Coordinator who has a main focus on exhibition. You will report to the Head of Partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential partners (sponsors and exhibitors), conducting research and outreach to build productive relationships
- Understanding partners’ needs and developing the right offering to meet existing demand.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, providing exceptional customer service
- Project Management of sponsorship, advertising opportunities and part of the exhibition
- Maintain an overview of deliverables for sponsorship packages to ensure project requirements are met
- Lead and coordinate EAIE’s sustainability efforts when it comes to exhibition
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience in partnerships management, project management and/or event management, preferably in a coordination role.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in event management, marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in event management software and CRM systems
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to occasionally travel
- Preferably available to start as soon as possible

- Salary: starting full–time salary of: €3.130 – 3.400 gross per month, depending on education/work experience. This is a full-time, 5 days per week (37.5 hours) role. A contract of 12 months will be offered initially with the expectation of extending. Preferably available to start as soon as possible.
- Bonus: End-of-year bonus of 60% of your monthly salary, depending on the company's financial year and your performance.

Founded in 1989, the European Association for International Education is the European centre for expertise, networking and resources in the internationalisation of higher education. We are a non-profit, member-led organisation serving individuals actively involved in the internationalisation of their institutions.
