World Café session
Inclusivity is a core value of all mobility programmes, but how inclusive are our outbound exchange selection methods? How do our processes shape the make-up of who gets to study abroad? This session draws on a theme first introduced at the 2023 EAIE Conference in Rotterdam and focuses on three diverse selection methods, including drawing lots and peer marking.
