Credit recognition rates vary significantly across Europe, and so do the reasons why automatic and full credit recognition is not yet a reality for all mobile students. With this poster, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the different factors, from information provision to students and clear guidelines for academics, to the use of online mobility administration tools and policy changes that would enable automatic and full credit recognition.
Please note, posters are divided between the SEC Centre and the Crown Plaza Hotel this year. The approximate walking time between the two locations is 4 minutes. Posters ending between 01 and 16 will be found in the SEC Centre Concourse, posters ending between 17 and 30 will be found in the Crown Plaza Hotel, Argyll Foyer.
Louis Brau is the head of the secretariat of ESU. He previously worked as a project officer at ESU with expertise in project management and higher education. At ESU, Louis has been coordinating the management of the Operating Grant and a portfolio of 7 EU-funded projects. For the past three years, he has been an external professor of European Higher Education Policies at Sciences Po Aix.
Louis is a young professional who previously worked in the international cooperation unit of DG EAC in the European Commission and later on as a project officer in European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency - EISMEA. Thus, he has experience with European projects from both the institutional and the beneficiary sides. Finally, Louis holds a double master’s degree in Political sciences/ European affairs - engineering of European projects from Sciences Po Aix as well as a master’s degree in European interdisciplinary studies that he got at the College of Europe in Natolin.
Jeanne Cuny is a Project Manager at the European Students’ Union (ESU). She is coordinating a portfolio of 5 to 6 projects related to the Bologna Process, Student wellbeing and mental health, Automatic recognition, Inclusion and diversity in Higher Education, and Fundamental values.
She is a young professional who previously worked in the Directorate B (Youth, Education and Erasmus+) of DG EAC in the European Commission. She has experience in European Higher Education Policies and Projects from both institutional and beneficiary sides. She holds a master’s degree in European and International Studies from the Institut d’Etudes Européennes of Paris 8 as well as a master’s degree in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe in Natolin.
