Isabella Göschl

Isabella Göschl is Head of Human Resources Development at the University of Innsbruck with over 20 years’ HR experience. She supports the University’s strategy by delivering people management tools and inclusive development opportunities, and leads HR and organisational development projects. She is deeply committed to driving the University’s internationalisation, particularly for administrative staff. In close collaboration with the Department of International Affairs, she develops and promotes internationalisation pathways for administrative staff, aligned with institutional priorities and supported by clear recognition and growth frameworks. She also oversees leadership development, career programmes, internal conflict management, and occupational health. Isabella Göschl is active in HR networks, including AUCEN and the Austrian Network of Health Promoting Universities, and contributes to the AURORA European Universities Alliance.

Božidar Grigic

CMEPIUS, Slovenia

Božidar Grigić is the Head of the Higher Education Unit at the Slovene National Agency for Erasmus+ (CMEPIUS) with over ten years of experience in internationalisation and European cooperation in Higher Education. He is active member in several working groups covering topics such as Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility, Erasmus+ Charter for HE and Internationalisation and Mobility in scope of Bolognia Follow-up Group. His latest interests of work are reintegration of returning students from mobility, strategic approach to staff mobility, and blended intensive programmes.

Alexandra Hughes

University of Westminster, United Kingdom

Alexandra Hughes is an Emeritus Professor and a former Deputy Vice Chancellor (Global Engagement and Employability) at the University of Westminster. Her areas of expertise include leadership in Higher Education, internationalisation, TNE, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. Having retired in 2024, she is currently an IC Global Fellow; a member of the expert team at the Global Impact Institute; and a member of the SGroup Think Tank on the social mission of universities. Education, internationalisation, and the social impact of both continue to be key priorities for Alex. She remains involved in European projects, especially with regard to work on social mission in higher education and issues of internationalisation and inclusion. She is presently an Advisory Board member on the EU-funded DiEM (Diversity and Inclusion in Erasmus+ Implementation) project and part of the team of international experts attached to the Monitoring Internationalisation of Slovenian and Italian Higher Education (MISIHE) project. She is also Chair of the governing body of Westminster Adult Education Service, in London.
