How can universities turn staff mobility into a recognised form of professional development? We will explore how mobility can drive motivation, lifelong learning and innovation when linked strategically to professional development tools – covering performance reviews, training portfolios and recognition systems. Drawing on insights from the ACA-CMEPIUS training series and the University of Innsbruck, we will showcase practical ways to integrate and align the two areas.
