Ipek Yeniay Hatipoğlu

Ipek Yeniay Hatipoglu is a Lecturer and Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator at Manisa Celal Bayar University (MCBU), Türkiye. She specialises in the internationalisation of higher education, Erasmus+ mobility and cooperation projects, employability, mobility impact assessment, and the development of sustainable institutional partnerships. She has worked as a lecturer at MCBU since 2013 and has served as the university’s Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator since 2024. In this role, she oversees student and staff mobility, supports KA131 and KA171 international credit mobility, and contributes to cooperation partnerships for KA220s and capacity-building projects especially CBHEs. Her work connects alumni evidence and participant feedback with programme quality, career development, and institutional learning. Her current research examines how Erasmus+ internship mobility influences graduates’ employment, international careers, transferable skills, entrepreneurship, and future university-host partnerships. Beyond the university, Yeniay Hatipoglu is a member of Manisa Sehzadeler City Council, where she leads the Youth Working Group and Project Working Group. Through these voluntary roles, she promotes youth participation and develops community-based initiatives that expand opportunities for young people, women, and disadvantaged groups. She also represents MCBU in international higher education forums and partnership-building activities.

Umit Hasan Gözkonan

Manisa Celal Bayar University, Türkiye

Ümit Hasan Gözkonan, PhD, is a Lecturer and specialist at the International Relations Office of Manisa Celal Bayar University in Türkiye. He has extensive experience in international higher education, Erasmus+ mobility programmes, institutional cooperation, and the development of international partnerships.
He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration and a PhD in Business Administration, specialising in Accounting and Finance, from Manisa Celal Bayar University. His academic interests include finance, financial markets, behavioural finance, portfolio management, financial performance analysis, and quantitative research methods.
In his current role, he contributes to the coordination of student and staff mobility and to the development of international partnerships, particularly within Erasmus+ KA131 and KA171 projects. He is also involved in developing cooperation opportunities and project ideas under KA220 initiatives. Through international conferences, higher education fairs, institutional meetings, and academic networks, he actively represents his university and supports its internationalisation strategy, global visibility, and long-term academic cooperation.
