Networking event
Would you like to give back to the local community while meeting new conference friends? This year's social outreach activity is hosted by Erik Ahlström, an inspiring environmental activist who will help you discover the interconnectedness of our bodies with the environment that surrounds us.
The activity entails picking litter as a group at the waterfront of the Gothenburg Harbour. Please wear appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes (boots, rain poncho, sun hat). Lunch boxes will be provided. This activity requires pre-registration and includes litter picking tools. Your ticket will be printed on your conference badge, so please bring it with you. The registration fees from this activity will be donated to the Plogging Foundation which raises awareness about pollution and promotes global environmental action.
Reaching the activity: EAIE shuttle buses will depart from Svenska Mässan and bring the participants back to the venue. We recommend arriving at the Meeting Point in the Registration area at least 30 minutes before departure (by 13:30) to ensure you are guided onto the shuttle bus. The bus will depart at 14:00.
Address of activity: Röda Sten 1, 414 51 Göteborg, Sweden
