The Nordic countries play a major role in the internationalisation process of Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences in Germany. Survey results indicate, however, that students need specific encouragement to go abroad. Thus, Aschaffenburg has developed an elective online module called Destination North, comprising group work, educational games, virtual trips and taster language courses. Our poster presents the goals and the didactic concept, as well as ideas for further enhancement.
