This poster showcases two valuable tools that enhance students’ cultural and global understanding: the Global Competence Aptitude Assessment and cultural intelligence. These tools can be applied individually or in tandem to support students in measuring their skills growth and developing cultural adjustment skills. By integrating these resources, students deepen their cultural awareness and acquire marketable skills to benefit their future careers.
