Roundtable session
What happens when three universities incorporate the culture of Swedish fika into a professional learning community? This session will show that, in addition to the coffee and cinnamon buns, fika provides an informal setting geared at creating openness in conversations and trust among participants – a perfect setting for professional development on complex issues such as inclusion, interculturality and the hidden curriculum.
