At Glasgow Caledonian University, academic and mobility staff have collaborated to transform outgoing student-facing mobility processes and promotion. This co-creation approach addresses student challenges and barriers and has led to a 53% increase in trimester exchanges between 2021–2022 and 2025–2026.
