Dr. Cristiana Kunyczka serves as the Assistant Vice President for Global Engagement at Montclair State University, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in international enrollment management. Her expertise spans international recruitment, admissions, student and scholar services, ESL programs, study abroad, and global partnerships. Throughout her career, she  has developed and implemented initiatives to expand global engagement and support international student success. A strong advocate for cross-cultural collaboration and student mobility, Dr. Kunyczka focuses on creating strategic opportunities that enhance the university’s international profile. She is very involved in professional organizations such as NAFSA and AIEA.
