Administrative staff play a vital role in supporting global engagement, yet they are often excluded from internationalisation efforts. Collaborative Online International Learning or virtual exchange for staff can address this gap by enhancing their intercultural, professional and technical skills through sustained virtual collaboration with professional counterparts abroad.
