Building and implementing international projects requires good knowledge of administrative rules and processes. The University of Rennes’s international department has created an international ‘guide’ for teachers and administrative staff to ease their work in this field. This poster illustrates how one year of user groups and hard work on our quality assurance was necessary to prepare this guide in the form of FAQs on our intranet portal.
