This is where EAIE members can focus, refuel and relax. Take advantage of extra seating for a quiet place to work, as well as snacks and refreshments.

Members can book a free one-on-one career coaching session onsite daily. There will be two coaches available, and sessions are 20 minutes long. Bookings will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A very limited number of sessions are available.

Coaches on site will be Sarae Pratt and Maggie Cunningham. They will be available to discuss a wide range of topics, including:

• Building self-confidence
• Creating and maintaining boundaries
• Leading upwards elegantly
• Creating wellbeing at work
• Supporting colleagues

Maggie Cunningham:

• Managing the competing demands of an academic career
• Political influence in higher education, including negotiating upwards

• Managing stress and overwhelm
• Approaching mentors, sponsors and champions
• Navigating neurodiversity and high sensitivity (you or those you manage)
• Saying no when you are the go-to person for everything
