A Dutch initiative is aiming to boost the microchip sector across four regions, with Twente training 1600 talented people in five years. With the aim of getting students in the right place, Saxion University of Applied Sciences and the University of Twente – a research university – are collaborating with companies to showcase the potential of the Twente region. This poster reveals how collaboration fuels talent growth in the heart of the Dutch chip industry through international recruitment.
