Claudia Bulnes

Claudia Bulnes is a Researcher, Lecturer and an Academic Developer of IaH at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, in the Netherlands. In her professional career Claudia has performed in key co-ordinating roles ranging from International Student Coordinator, Programme Coordinator, Mobility Co-ordinator and Policy Advisor of Internationalisation. In her current role, next to conducting research at the Centre of Expertise Global and Inclusive Learning, she jointly coordinates the Global Educators Lab with another colleague, where they support academic programmes on internationalisation of the curriculum with trainings, inspiration sessions, hands-on tools and working methods to make the practical translation of internationalisation into programmes and courses. She has co-developed different tools and models to support degree programmes in mapping and embedding internationalisation in their curricula. She is currently researching the role of the academic disciplines in the choice of internationalisation at home activities using the THIAH tool (The Hague Internationalisation at Home mapping tool).
