What began as a chance encounter turned into a deeper reflection for three university office leaders: How can institutions from the Global South build meaningful collaborations when most frameworks, resources and narratives remain oriented around North-centric models? The three speakers will discuss how dominant frameworks in global higher education reproduce dependency on Global North paradigms, and what theoretical and operational alternatives might guide South–South engagement.
