Salome Bilanishvili

Ilia State University, Georgia

Head of the International Relations Office of Ilia State University, Georgia since 2015. She is in charge of overseeing internationalization strategy of the university, managing international partnerships and exchange programs, joint program development and project administration for EU funded projects in various schemes, including Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Programs and Erasmus +. She acts as Institutional Coordinator for Erasmus + and has extensive experience of developing successful Erasmus + KA171 proposals. Currently ISU implements active ICM projects with 141 HEIs from 26 program countries and has executed over 2500 individual exchanges within this scheme.

Stefanie Ritter

Freie Universität Berlin, Germany

Stefanie Ritter has been with Freie Universität Berlin's International Office since 2007. Starting in 2010, she coordinated Erasmus Mundus Action 2 projects and later managed Erasmus+ ICM / KA107 / KA171 projects. As the Deputy Head of the Unit Academic Relations, she oversees Erasmus+ funded staff mobility and has organized the annual International Staff Training Week since 2019.
