Oana-Roxana Ivan

Oana-Roxana IVAN-HOROBEȚ is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Letters, History, Philosophy and Theology, Department of Modern Languages and Literatures, within the West University of Timisoara (WUT), with experience in teaching English and/or Spanish as a second language to students for more than 15 years. Since 2013, she has been in charge of coordinating the implementation of the Erasmus programme at WUT, currently holding the position of Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator and Head of Division for European Cooperation - Erasmus+ & UNITA within the Department for International Relations. With a career of over 10 years in the internationalization of higher education, her interest and commitment to the institutional processes for internationalization (at home and abroad) has been highlighted through the management of international mobility projects and the coordination of international collaboration initiatives, as well as through the active involvement in the implementation of the European University Alliance, UNITA Universitas Montium, that WUT is a founding member of since 2020, having the role as co-leader of the task dedicated to ensuring seamless mobility within the alliance.
