Universities across the world are seeing unprecedented diversity in the student body. How can we use co-creative approaches to reimagine internationalisation for a new generation, with changing needs, priorities and experiences? This workshop will empower university staff to co-design student experiences through collaborative engagement. Participants will engage in joint reflection on potential roles of students in their work, frame action questions and design practical strategies to co-create with students. Participants will leave with a replicable framework and inspiration for designing sustainable practices that strengthen partnerships between staff and students.
