Learn how to unite departments and faculties towards one common goal: to better understand students’ needs, motivations and behaviours. Whether for enrolment or study abroad, by creating personas you can refresh your processes – applications and interviews – and your marketing channels. Using concrete examples from teams in Finland, the Netherlands and the United States, presenters in this session will share challenges they have overcome and the processes used to make the transition.
