The Re-cognition project explores how non-formal, experiential learning (such as travel, community work and hands-on practice) can be recognised within formal teacher training systems. By mapping a Danish teacher training programme to European standards, the project highlights how alternative education builds key competencies, and it questions what truly counts as learning. Our poster invites reflection on bridging formal and non-formal pathways in education.
