Start your day with an upbeat Scottish workout rooted in tradition.

Led by two Highland Dancing instructors, this beginner-friendly session introduces you to the energy and rhythm of Highland dancing. Traditionally performed to bagpipe music, Highland dancing is known for its athletic, precise movements and deep Scottish heritage. This morning workout brings a more accessible twist, combining cardio, upbeat music and simple dance steps suitable for all fitness levels. No prior experience is needed.

Please wear comfortable workout clothes and sport shoes. A towel and water will be provided. Showers and dressing rooms are available upon request.

Meeting point: The venue is the Glasgow Club Kelvin Hall located at 1445 Argyle St, Glasgow G3 8AW, around a 20-minute walk from the SEC. Participants can meet directly at the venue at 07:00, or at the designated meeting point (Registration area, Hall 1, SEC Centre, Ground floor) inside the SEC at 06:15, where a hostess will walk with the group to the venue.
