Collaborative Online International Learning has proven to be key in the internationalisation of universities, always from an academic perspective. The CEU and Universidad Católica de Manizales have adapted COIL to its university services, fostering a holistic international culture at all institutional levels. Exchanging best practices and diving into an intercultural experience improves staff motivation and university operations. This poster explores the framework, benefits and challenges of this initiative.
