We will look at how pressure and stress can quietly shape our decisions and behaviours, and share practical tools to help you protect psychological safety, maintain trust and lead with clarity, even when everything around you feels uncertain. You will leave with a toolkit of actionable strategies designed for the messy, complicated and very human reality of leadership today.
Hello! I’m Sarae, an experienced leadership coach, facilitator and former senior leader with over 22 years of experience designing and delivering transformational development for individuals and teams.
My work spans global business schools, further & higher education institutes, consulting, law & finance firms, engineering companies, and government departments with a particular focus on supporting women in leadership.
I combine deep expertise in HR, talent development and coaching psychology to help individuals build self-belief, grow sustainably and lead with authenticity to meet organisational strategic needs and personal goals.
A certified coach and self-confessed learning geek, I’m known for creating safe, energising spaces that spark insight and action. My mission is to shift how we grow leadership – from performative pressure to deeply personal growth - so people can thrive, not just succeed.
I leads a team delivering coaching, training, workshops and keynotes across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. I’m a former Associate Director at Oxford Saïd Business School and MBA Career Programme Lead at London Business School and began my career as an aeronautical engineer working on fast jets before moving into consulting with a Big4 – so I know a thing or two about high performance under pressure.
