This poster presents causal evidence on how exposure to international students affects the long-term outcomes of domestic students. Using nationwide administrative and survey data covering 1 million students over three decades in the Netherlands, the study shows that internationalisation strengthens intercultural ties, openness to migration and international mobility, without harming employment or income. These findings contribute to current policy debates on international student enrolment.
