💡 Student mental health support | Student exchange and study abroad
In the shifting landscape of international higher education, staff and students face intersecting personal, professional and intercultural challenges. This workshop will explore personal, emotional and collective resilience and belonging as a vital, learnable skill for navigating the rhythm of revolutionary change for internationalisation. Through reflective discussion and practical strategies, we will examine how to transform disruption into growth, and instability into creative adaptation. We will develop a shared blueprint for well-being, supporting staff and students to move in rhythm with transformation rather than against it, cultivating balance, connection and sustainable engagement in a time of continual change.
