The lump-sum funding model was recently introduced in various EU programmes. In Erasmus+, it is now the dominant funding model for cooperation projects. While this approach aims to reduce administrative burden, beneficiaries are confronted with unexpected complexities, various interpretations of rules and diverging approaches at the institutional level. This session seeks to address these challenges, offering insights and possible solutions to increase alignment of practices.
