Fishbowl session
The Erasmus+ programme enables higher education staff mobility for a maximum of two months. However, most mobility periods are shorter than two weeks. This session will discuss why such stays are usually very short and the opportunities for long-term staff mobility of up to 12 months. The objective is to investigate the community’s appetite for a novel staff mobility approach, enabling deeper transnational cooperation between higher education institutions.
