Noureddine Manamanni

With over 25 years of experience in higher education and international relations, Professor Noureddine Manamanni has been Director of External and Institutional Relations Department at Campus France since 2016 and serves as Secretary General of the Forum Campus France, a network of 370 higher education institutions. Campus France is a public agency under the French Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Higher Education, responsible for promoting French higher education, managing international student mobility, and supporting the internationalization of French institutions.
In his role, Prof. Manamanni oversees key activities such as international mobility programs, EU-funded projects, and the global promotion of French higher education and research.
A full professor and Doctor Engineer in Automatic Control, he has published over 170 scientific papers and has supervised or co-supervised 17 PhD theses. He was Vice President of Université de Reims Champagne Ardenne (2012-2016), where he played a leading role in creating and chairing the national network of international relations vice-presidents within the Conference of university presidents (2013-2016). Holding a PhD in Robotics from Sorbonne Université, he led the Automatic control Research Group at his Lab, managed several international research projects, and collaborated closely with academic and government stakeholders to strengthen French scientific cooperation globally.
