Rural mobility experiences are often in focus when studying migration, tourism and leisure, but little attention is given to them as a destination for knowledge or soft skills acquisition. The UNITA Rural Mobility initiative, outlined in this poster, offers internships to be carried out in institutions, companies and municipalities of rural communities in France, Italy, Portugal, Romania and Spain, in cooperation with local universities.
