Roundtable session
Learn about the landscape of university podcasts; what it takes to plan, produce and publish a podcast; and how your university’s recruitment and international brand can benefit from one. Participants will leave this session with a clear understanding of how to launch or enhance a podcasting initiative to foster a sense of community, share their institution’s story and engage with a global audience.

Celine was born and raised in Antwerp: the diamond, fashion, and beer capital of the world. She started her career in higher education in 2019, armed with master’s degrees in both strategic communication and journalism.
Besides being responsible for managing the faculty's international recruitment strategy, digital campaigns, content creation and social media, she is also committed to building its alumni community. Since 2022, she is part of the EMFD Marcom, Alumni and External Relations steering committee, and since 2023, she is a member of the CEAC committee, as co-chair of the CASE Newcomers Track.
Having travelled 35 countries and speaking 5 (and a half) languages, her nickname at work has become Celinternational.

As a Head of Student Recruitment and Marketing at a world-leading art and design university, Stephanie brings a strong global higher education marketing track record. She's spent years helping students choose the right path and is passionate about universities building integrated marketing strategies and empowering teams. Beyond her core role, Stephanie is also an accomplished podcast producer, making significant contributions to the digital landscape of higher education. She's been a key force behind UCL's extensive "UCL Minds" podcast series, producing many of their diverse shows that explore a wide range of academic and public interest topics. Furthermore, Stephanie was instrumental in a pioneering initiative at the Royal College of Art, successfully launching the RCA's first-ever podcast, thereby creating a new platform for sharing insights and stories from the institution.
A mentor to international graduates and a property investor and speaker, Stephanie's expertise extends beyond just academics and careers. Her diverse background includes work as a former international development practitioner and a Swedish Institute Scholar, having worked across Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean on humanitarian and youth empowerment programs. She thrives at the intersection of growth strategy, student mobility, and long-term impact.
