End your conference day on a high note by joining fellow participants and EAIE members at this retro arcade-themed EAIE Networking Event at Kooperativet, a converted shipyard that houses an international street food market. It will have a variety of games to keep you entertained, including karaoke, for those who are brave enough.

Your registration includes entry, a welcome drink, and three drink vouchers. The ticket will be printed on your conference badge, so don’t forget to bring it along.

During this social event, you will be able to network with Thematic Committee (TC) members who will be there to share more about their work to keep the EAIE community up to date within the sector. The following TCs will be in attendance: Marketing and Admissions, Social Responsibility, Student and Alumni Services, Student and Staff Mobility. If you work in any of these fields and are looking to connect with peers, pass by the Community space and say hello!

Reaching this event:

Kooperativet is 50 minutes walking and 30 minutes by public transport from Svenska Mässan
There will be EAIE shuttle buses for the outbound journey ONLY from Svenska Mässan to Kooperativet. The buses will depart at 18:00.
We recommend arriving at the Meeting Point, located in the Registration area, at least 15 minutes before departure (by 17:45) to ensure you are guided onto the shuttle bus.
