Motivating, planning or even steering international research collaborations through a university strategy can be a challenge. Researchers, accustomed to their freedom in academic partnerships, may not see the value in institutional guidance. This session will explore two examples of how a cohesive framework can enhance research partnerships, fostering coordinated efforts and closer ties between universities, ultimately leading to more impactful and collaborative research outcomes.
