A draw-based selection method can streamline the exchange selection process while promoting a fairer and more inclusive approach for all students to participate in study abroad programmes. In this session, the University of Amsterdam and the University of Copenhagen will showcase two examples of draw-based selection initiatives designed to promote diversity and inclusion while enhancing the effectiveness of the selection process. Key challenges and valuable insights will also be discussed.
